ROOM RESERVATION
The booking in the above mentioned hotels
(except for Hyatt Regency Belgrade) should be made through the
Congress Secretariat according the following directions:
After completing the registration process and
receiving your registration number, booking should be made by
sending an E-mail to the Congress secretariat, indicating your
Registration number and specifying the name of the hotel, type of
the room(s), period of staying and(, of course) the name(s) of the
person(s) the booking is made for.
NO DOWN PAYMENTS is required. The hotel bill
should be cleared when checking-out, directly with the hotel.
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE FROM THE
AIRPORT TO THE HOTELS AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE AIRPORT.
