NOTE:

• Please make sure that the name of the Congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

• Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should not affect the amount to be paid.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat according to the following conditions:

• Up to September 15, 2007 reimbursement of 90% of the fees paid.

• After September 15, 2007 no reimbursement.

• All reimbursements will be made after the Congress.
